These terms apply to the services provided by Maidstone Web Design.

Quotes and payment

All work is agreed in writing before it begins. Payment terms are set out in the project proposal.

Intellectual property

The client owns the final website content and design on full payment, subject to third-party licences for platforms, plugins and stock assets.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We do not guarantee specific search rankings or business outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
